Special VotesAn Ordinary, Long-service or Life Member who is unable to attend a ballot on Club premises may apply, on grounds of ill-health, bereavement, or unavoidable travel commitments, in writing to the Club Manager to be issued with a Special Voting Paper or Online Voting Rights. Special Voting Papers must be correctly completed and deposited in the ballot box provided for that purpose, or an Online Vote correctly transacted, by 6pm on the day prior to the Annual General Meeting.
